De mezzosopraan Ineke Vlogtman ging  na het gymnasium piano en zang studeren aan de Christelijke Hogeschool Constantijn Huygens te Zwolle, waar zij vervolgens met onderscheiding het diploma Uitvoerend Musicus Zang ontving. De Helge Domp Stichting verleende een speciale prijs voor haar liedinterpretatie, waarop zij haar studie vervolgde aan de operaklas van het Sweelinckconservatorium bij Cora Canne Meijer.Verder volgde zij lessen bij o.m. Roberta Alexander, Cristina Deutekom, Rachel Ann Morgan, Carolyn Watkinson, Jard van Nes, Rudolf Jansen en Brian Masuda.

Ineke zingt zowel Lied, oratorium als opera. Zij soleerde op verscheidene festivals, als het Holland Festival, Bach- en Grachtenfestival Amsterdam, Summerborn Opera Festival, Festival du Haut-Limousin en the European Art Experience. Zij verleende haar medewerking aan radio- en tv opnames in Nederland, Frankrijk en Duitsland en debuteerde in 2000 in Italie.

Haar huidige repertoire strekt zich uit van Monteverdi tot in de 21ste eeuw, waarbij randstijlen en 'vergeten' componisten niet geschuwd worden.


O.l.v. Vladimir Jurowski (Théâtre des Champs-Élysées, Parijs) en Gennadi Rhozdestvensky (Festspielhaus Baden-Baden, tevens DVD-registratie) zong zij de rol van Mme. Larina in Jevgenji Onegin van Tsjaikowski voor The European Union Opera.
Andere rollen die zij vertolkte zijn Ottavia (L'Incoronazione di Poppaea/Monteverdi), Dido (Dido&Aeneas/Purcell), Fidalma (Il Matrimonio Segreto/Cimarosa), La Ciesca (Gianni Schicchi/ Puccini), Leonora  (Il Trionfo dell' Onore/Scarlatti) en  Dorabella (Così fan Tutte/Mozart) onder regisseurs als Jan Bouws, Nikolaus Lehnhoff en Saskia Boddeke, dirigenten als Rudolf Werthen, Alexander Rahbari, Jaap van Zweden, Jan Willem deVriend, Vincent de Kort en Enrico Delamboye, met orkesten als het Radio Symfonie Orkest, het Orkest van het Oosten , het Combattimento Consort en het Utrechts Barok Consort.

Op liedgebied werkte zij met pianisten als Jeroen Sarphati, Bella Tubejeva, Jaap Dieleman, Jan Willem Passchier, Eelko Moolenaar en Annemieke van Prooijen. Zij vormt al enkele jaren met pianist Steven Faber een vast duo. Op concertgebied werkte zij met dirigenten als Jac van Steen, Errol Girdlestone, Jos van Veldhoven, Jed Wentz en Marco Hup. Haar makkelijke, ruime tessituur stelt haar in staat naast altsolo's in de bekende oratoria ook 2e sopraanpartijen te zingen als in de Davide Penitente van Mozart en Bach's Magnificat en Hohe Messe.
In haar privézangpraktijk werkt zij zowel met amateurs (van 11 tot 65) als Schumann-akademiestudenten en professionals. Verder coacht zij koren en geeft zij workshops stem en staging voor kleinere ensembles. Zij was enkele jaren als docent stem-/koorvorming verbonden aan de Meerjarige Dirigenten Opleiding (Kunstenfactor) te Zwolle en als Docent steunvak zang klassiek voor Docent Muziek aan het ArtEz Conservatorium. Momenteel is zij aan hetzelfde conservatorium werkzaam als docent techniek (afd. jazz/pop) en docent steunvak klassiek.

The mezzosoprano Ineke Vlogtman was born and raised in the Netherlands. She began her musical studies (piano and voice) at the Christelijke Hogeschool voor de Kunsten Constantijn Huygens in Zwolle (NL), where she graduated with honours, winning a specially-created Lieder prize. She continued her studies in the opera class at the Sweelinck Conservatorium Amsterdam with the mezzosoprano Cora Canne Meijer, followed masterclasses with e.g. Cristina Deutekom, Rudolf Jansen, Jard van Nes and Roberta Alexander, and individual coaching with Rachel Ann Morgan, Carolyn Watkinson and Brian Masuda.

Ineke can be heard in Song, Oratorio as well as Opera. She performed at several festivals, the Holland Festival, Bach- and Grachtenfestival Amsterdam, Summerborn Opera Festival, Festival du Haut-Limousin and the European Art Festival, made radio-and televisionrecordings in Holland, France and Germany, and performed also in Belgium and England.

Her present repertoire reaches from Monteverdi to works from the 21st century, whereby non-traditional styles and ‘forgotten’ or less known composers are included.
1998 she was invited to sing the role of Mme Larina (Eugen Onegin/ Tsjaikovski), conducted by V. Jurowski for European Union Opera in Paris. The production was recorded by RM Associates, conducted by G. Rhozdestvensky in the Festspielhaus Baden-Baden (Germany).
1999 marked her debut in the Holland Festival in a production of Purcell’s King Arthur, conducted by Jan Willem de Vriend, as well as several concert appearances in Italy (Florence, Lucca) with the pianist Brian Masuda.

In songrecital, Ineke was accompanied by pianists like Jeroen Sarphati, Jaap Dieleman, Bella Tubejeva, Eelko Moolenaar, Jan Willem Passchier and Annemieke van Prooijen. Her large tessitura easily permits her to sing, besides altoparts in the wellknown oratorio, second-soprano-arias like in the Davide Penitente (Mozart) and Bach’s Hohe Messe.In her private practice she teaches amateures (from 11 - 65) as well as professional singers.She coaches choirs and gives workshops voice and staging for individuals and smaller ensembles. For several years she was voiceteacher at the MDO Zwolle (A two-year-training for choirconductors) and voiceteacher (classical) for the 'Music in Education' department at the Artez Institute of Arts. Momentarely she is assigned at the department 'Jazz/Pop', where she teaches technique and the minor classical singing.
